Refund policy

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed and unused.

Please mark all returns clearly with order number and your contact information. Ship all returns to our shop at: 1335 East Passyunk Avenue Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19147. Return shipping costs are at the discretion of the buyer. 

Damages/Order Issues:
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale:
All sales final on custom items, special orders, and sale items.

Exchanges:
Please contact redgravygoods@gmail.com about exchanges. 

Refunds: 
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (or as store credit situationally) once your return has been accepted. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at redgravygoods@gmail.com
